Breakfast was incredibly nice, we appreciated the location of the place.

The staff was polite, the accommodation was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Double room we stayed at was luxurious in the same space as the other visitors. The private parking was next to the hotel, excellent service.

It was the best of Lisbon hotels I visited before.

The staff were super friendly, but I think they were a bit overwhelmed. The gym was small but nice for a quick workout. The main drag is packed with shops and restaurants. Great for exploring. Only wish the breakfast was better. It was pretty basic and the overall cleanliness could be improved.

I had a fantastic time! I loved the spacious room and indulged in the breakfast variety every morning. The gym was handy. They were super accommodating with luggage storage after checkout. I'd definitely return!

Consider asking for room away from connecting doors for better sound privacy.

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. The location was a plus, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Our room was a bit noisy during the day due to housekeeping activity. Consider visiting local eateries for tastier meals as breakfast left much to be desired.

The fresh coffee and free sandwiches were a good surprise, made exploring the city easier. The staff were cheerful and helpful, allowing me to store my bags after check-out.

It's pint-sized and only one was operational, leading to frustrating waits. I heard noise from jets flying above and some odd sounds from the bathroom that suggested plumbing issues. And let's not forget a window that clearly needed a wash, along with some cleanliness concerns like hair on towels and leftover cookies under the bed. Lastly, I noticed a billing mistake that turned my check-out into a post-visit hassle.
